EGS is delighted to announce that Home Group has selected EGS’s flagship purchase-to-pay (P2P) solution to automate its procurement and invoice processing and save millions of pounds.
Home Group anticipates savings of £7 million over eight years by deploying EGS’s full suite of services. The organisation will also benefit from improved control and visibility of its spending. In addition, a complete review of its suppliers will lead to further efficiency gains.
Home Group is one of the leading providers of affordable and supported housing in the UK. The organisation has a turnover in excess of £310m, manages 51,000 homes and provides care and support services to more than 20,000 people across the UK each year.
Previously, Home Group managed its procurement and invoicing via a mixture of electronic and manual processes. However, the organisation wanted a better solution to meet its business needs.
EGS was awarded the five-year contract after a robust and competitive OJEU process that rated a large number of competing tenders for their functionality, support, pricing, demonstrations and reference sites.
The new EGS solution will be piloted by Home Group shortly.
