Jerry Ellis - Chairman
As an experienced, hands-on business leader in both executive and non-executive roles, Jerry brings significant technology and IT services experience to EGS. Over the past twenty years, he has been chairman, chief executive or general manager for a number of organisations, operating both in the private and public sectors. He has worked extensively with various divisions of the NHS and the Department of Health and was also head of IBM's Public Sector business group, as one of a number of executive appointments during his time in that company. Prior to joining EGS, Jerry was Executive Chairman of TBC Group Ltd, a leading IBM business partner, and was previously Group Chief Executive of ECsoft Group plc, a FTSE-listed European Systems Integrator. He also served for a number of years as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the International Division for Acxiom Corporation, a NASDAQ listed CRM and Data Outsourcing specialist.
