Since 1999, our in-house team has been developing our unique software, which continues to evolve and advance to meet the demands of our customers and the market.

- Resilience: We operate a second data centre for disaster recovery in East London
- Scalability: Based on state-of-the-art Open Source tools and frameworks, our solutions are developed using Java and are accessible as a pure web application, requiring no bespoke client-side software.
- Security: Our systems are tested regularly for their security and vulnerability by independent, third-party specialists - with reassuring results.
- Reliability: Transaction data is continuously backed up to a warm-standby disaster recovery site, while our servers are backed up nightly to a local storage array and the entire system archived weekly.
- Accessibility: Our solutions follow the RNIB accessibility guidelines and are written to be easily maintainable and to allow for localisation.
