EGS can make all of your suppliers’ products and services available electronically – so you can view and purchase from them online with our eProcurement solution.

With EGS, you can engage with suppliers of all sizes at every technical level:

  • Contracted suppliers with e-commerce web sites: Where suppliers offer goods that are not easy to catalogue, for instance where you have to configure goods before buying them, or where suppliers have so many products that it is not practical to maintain a separate catalogue, we offer a practical solution. We will connect you directly with their eCommerce website. Once you have selected goods to purchase, we retrieve them to your shopping basket on the EGS platform. Your purchase orders can then be sent automatically into their purchase order process system. EGS's platform currently connects to some 39 'punch out' suppliers in this way. These include household names like Dell, Office Depot, Lyreco, Reed Solutions, Banner and RS Components.

  • Suppliers with hosted electronic catalogues: We can upload supplier catalogues for your buyers to browse. Your suppliers only need to submit product details in a simple spreadsheet format. We can then tailor the catalogues to match your contract/pricing agreements.

  • Free text ordering: This method is best for suppliers that you use only occasionally or if their goods and services are difficult to represent in a catalogue format.

Supplier Adoption needn't be an onerous task.
