Tim Clarke - Head of Professional Services
As a former Director of Elcom Systems, Tim has spent 12 years working on major procurement transformation projects within central and local government as well as the NHS. Before joining EGS, Tim led an eProcurement transformation project at the Crown Prosecution Service, working for Hedra, part of the Mouchel Group. At EGS, Tim has day-to-day responsibility for leading our spend management practice, enhancing our consulting service capabilities into the commercial and UK public sector.
